Massage Training Policy Summary

1. Course Types

• Hands-On Workshops: In-person with fixed dates

• Live Online (Google Meet): Real-time, 1-on-1 or group

• Self-paced study

2. Enrolment & Registration

• Open to eligible participants

• Full payment required to confirm Enrolment

• Booking for live online should be made at least 2 weeks in advance

• Workshops: 14 days in advance

3. Refunds

• Workshops:

  • Full refund (minus 10%) for cancellations 30+ days before course

  • 50% refund for cancellations 14–29 days prior

  • No refund for cancellations within 14 days

• Live Online:

  • Full refund (minus 10%) if cancelled 14+ days prior

  • 50% refund if cancelled within 14 days

  • No refund for no-shows or missed sessions

• Self-Paced Online:

  • ​Non-refundable once access is granted

​​4. Attendance & Certification

• Workshops: Full attendance required

• Live Online: 7-day notice to reschedule

• Self-Paced: Must complete within 6–12 months​

5. Code of Conduct

• Respectful behaviour required

• Professional attire and hygiene at all sessions

6. Health & Safety

• Disclose medical conditions before training

• Follow hygiene and safety guidelines

• Anyone acting inappropriately will be asked to leave the session/course

 7. Intellectual Property & Liability

• Course materials are for personal use only

• Copying, sharing, or redistributing training materials is not permitted

• Participation is at your own physical risk—please work within your ability

8. Policy Updates

• We reserve the right to update policies or reschedule courses as needed

• In case of emergencies (illness, lockdowns, etc.), sessions may be postponed
